Complete digital transformation
The IKKS Group partnered with Etic Europe to fully digitalise and unify its textile labelling process, from care label design to multi-site production.
By using a secure and dedicated SFTP server, a single exchange file is integrated containing all product data (references, sizes, compositions, barcodes, etc.). This data is centralised, structured, and secured.
Etic Europe then archives and transforms the data into digital artworks for international care and traceability labels (including QR codes), but also into order forms, packing lists, and much more, features we’re proud to offer our partners.
Fully automated international label generation
Once data is uploaded, our MyEticNet® platform automatically generates label artworks in just minutes.
No more time-consuming manual processing: every label is created in strict compliance with the IKKS Group’s brand guidelines, international standards, language tables, and with unlimited multilingual translations.
Real-time production tracking
MyEticNet’s ® real-time tracking module allows the IKKS Group to monitor the production status of each label order at any time, from planning to printing, quality control to shipment (including tracking numbers).
Each stage is timestamped, and the remaining lead time before factory dispatch is visible online. This transparency enhances the responsiveness of both IKKS and Etic Europe teams, ensuring continuous and efficient service.
Localised production for better performance
To ensure fast turnaround times and maximum flexibility, Etic Europe manufactures labels as close as possible to IKKS’s garment production sites, thanks to its international production hubs.
This local strategy helps limit transportation, accelerate delivery, and significantly reduce carbon footprint, supporting both efficiency and environmental responsibility.
Conclusion
By leveraging Etic Europe’s expertise, the IKKS Group has successfully executed a complete and controlled digital transformation of its textile labelling process.
Automated data processing via MyEticNet®, real-time tracking, and a unified production network have streamlined operations while boosting reliability, responsiveness, and international compliance.
Thanks to centralised and localised production, IKKS now benefits from an agile, eco-conscious, and scalable solution, perfectly aligned with its goals of operational excellence and sustainable innovation.
This collaboration between IKKS and Etic Europe perfectly illustrates the impact of strategic digitalisation in delivering performance, traceability, and responsible production in the textile industry.
